Graduation Project 2008-2009

I explain my graduaion project in 4 steps and i hope that you like it :)

Step 1

Mission:
Create and enjoy a dynamic and sustainable quality of life and develop Ajman Cornish.

Goals And Objective:
1.The project should Provide a gathering space for the community.
2.The project should create and maintain healthy landscapes through ecologically based practices minimizing reliance on water.
3.The project is the Land Mark for Emirate of Ajman and place for all tourist.
4. The objective of this project to revive and renew Ajman Corniche and make it a popular tourists and local people.
5.Make the project a civilized freely front of Ajman.
6.The project should Provide places to sit on the domestic green sheets directly in the face of blue water, to a harmony line in a very magnificence, beauty.
7.It will also provide a place for exercise Sport running and walking.
8.Land use, as it is now dead space must therefore exploit Corniche and make it a tourist and recreational and healthy place.
9.The project should establish concerts and festivals .
10.The project will be Source of income for the Emirate of Ajman through propaganda , festivals and rents.

Step 2

Actually the project contains three part and it's explain as part A,B and C. And part A is the site which i work on it .Inaddition this step show my and my group team works in site analysis stage.

Step 3

In step 3 i try to found the main concept for my project. Also i wrote my project programme and i used some case studies to acheive project facilities.
